Recently my wifes grandmother past. Bob Fuller the owners first order of business was to try and collect on a back bill that her grandmother owed for her late husband... not my wifes grandfather. He held her body as collateral to pay a bill... we didnt owe. My wife was mortified and she was just trying to grieve. It wasnt until I explained that my wife had over $100,000 stolen from her from her grandmother and she just wanted to make sure her grandmother was buried did he semi-start acting as a human being! I say semi because he held us back with the government paper work and force

Bob never shook my hand. Was rude to me on several occasions. A griefing person needs compassion not insults. I had to remind him about the urn i had purchased. He tried giving me my dads remains in the disposable box. We lost dad 8 days ago. Im still waiting on death certificate. Totally unaceptable.
