Meet The Team

Dr. Lindsey grew up on a small farm outside of Central City, and attended the University of Iowa majoring in health and sports studies for her undergraduate work. While at Palmer, she was on the dean's list, president of Activator Club, and was a teacher's assistant for Neuroanatomy 1. She currently resides in Cedar Rapids and has been married since 2007 to her husband, Kevin.

Massage is a great way to loosen up muscles before an adjustment. We offer a therapeutic Swedish, deep tissue, and chair massage for relaxation and relieving tension. Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.

Offering a variety of treatments including laser therapy, intersegmental traction, interferential current, ultrasound treatment, and ion foot baths to relieve pain, increase motion, and provide deep healing. Laser therapy is a great form of treatment for musculoskeletal pain. We use the Multi Radiance MR4 cold laser.
